Use the options below to contact us about your personal information. You do not need a Top5Lenders account to make a request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The current website does not use advertising trackers or send browsing information to advertising platforms. It has no form for collecting or selling loan leads. You can still contact us to record a request not to sell or share personal information associated with you, or to ask about our practices.

This website does not currently offer a newsletter or marketing sign-up. If you have received a Top5Lenders promotional message and want it to stop, email us and identify the address or communication concerned. You may still receive a reply needed to handle a request you have made.

You may ask about personal information associated with your visit or correspondence, request correction or deletion, or ask to limit the use of sensitive information you may have sent us. Which rights apply depends on your location and applicable law.
Email support@top5lenders.com with your state of residence and a short description of your request. For access, correction or deletion, we may need information to locate the relevant record and verify your identity. A sale/sharing opt-out does not require the same identity verification. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers or identity documents with your initial message.

Where applicable, someone you authorize may submit a request for you. The California notice explains authorization and verification. If a state privacy law gives you an appeal right, email support@top5lenders.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject, identifying the request and why you believe it should be reviewed. Our current website does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such processing to turn off when a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is present. You can use this site with GPC enabled. For information about a previous message or a lender’s separate website, follow the relevant request instructions.
Sending your request
The email links open your email application with a subject and message you can edit. A request is sent only when you send that email; clicking a link does not submit a request or change a website setting. You can also write directly to support@top5lenders.com.
